yeah that happened to me too...I think the things that seem the worst...if we get through it...no matter how...it's like an achievement in itself so it feels great. And I have also noticed that the things that I have dreaded the most or felt most stressed or depressed about end up turning out to be something really good in the end maybe it's some way for our body to prepare ourselves for the challenge, i know that people who get very nervous before concerts etc are the best players, because the nervousness gets them prepared enough to play at their best. The nervousness is not pleasant but once the concert is finished. you feel brilliant!

Ofcourse. Especially to a person having a love affair with stress, like me. I see disasters, thunders, floods, apocalypse now, a Jeronymus Boss painting, ena prama.
But finally thinds turn out to be better, and it always happens when I feel standing at the edge of the cliff.
So, don't worry, humanum est, dear....

well you know what the saying is don't you? : 99% of all your fears never come true. think about it , think about all the things your were afraid of this week or last week, last year? and how about your child hood fears? did they all come true just as your feared? did the boogie man really exist? did the monster ever come out of your closet. did you find what was lost, did you make it in time, did you just die when he kissed you? nope?! thats because most of our fears are unfounded, trivial and sometimes exagrated. its o.k to prepare and be cautious, but not to live in fear.

That's very human, Christina. I think that the factor that changes the immage when everything seems to be lost is hope, which motivates our powers and we manage to get out of the tunnel.
