and would you actually use violence if you could? (I mean if you knew you were strong enough not to get beaten up?) I mean in everyday life, like when I am driving and have lit the flash to turn right, and then the smart*** behind me overpasses from the right, and he swears too!

I hate people violate the "no smoking" sign and I always wish I could get a bucket of water to kill the 'fire' in their hands. More and more women had became smoker too and that really make me angry.

The first group are people who hurt my close friends and family. I don't have timelimits on this so there are people whom I are on "the list" who did things 20 years ago but I'm just biding my time as sometimes life sorts these things out for us all.

The second one is a lot stranger in that certain noises can trigger a very nasty side to me. I don't know why, but especially sniffing, grunting, burping or similar switch me over from perfectly calm to basically a psychopath. I have had to walk out of our office a few times as I was about to lose control and do something really horrific with the car keys.

The first one makes sense to me, but the second....I wish I knew what I could do to solve that!

As for the guy overtaking on the right - I just figure that if he does that, someday it'll be a police car he overtakes. :-)

lol,, traffic,,
I wish life were like a video game sometimes. Everyone would have a big red button inside their car that they could only use once each day. The purpose of the button would be to send one angry impatient driver back home to start his/her day over again but the time of day would not change. POOF, in bed needing a shower and clothes all over again.
Meanwhile you arrive at work safe and happy while they get back in their car an hour late now..

I hate traffic..

the example you gave is no excuse for violence... I know it's an insult, I've been there myself... the thing to do is calm down, and stay calm hot heads have shorter life than calm people.... that's what I tell myself and knowing it's true kind of lifts the revenge factor from my thoughts...

As far as violence goes, hunt for food and self defense are the only two reasons I've come up with the need for violence... it's not good for us to continually perpetuate violence on the world, there is far to much of it out there as it is.

Yes, I am afraid I have nasty side.
My out rage and violence is more toward the child molesters, rapists and wife and child beaters.
I could kill any of them in a heart beat with out thinking twice and sleep well that night.

I would never concern myself with weather or not I would win the fight. If its worth fighting for I would. However, traffic arguments are not worth it. You want to get back at him, call the cops tell them there is a drunk driver heading in his direction. Give them a description of his vehicle and his plate. They will pull him over, he won't get anything more than the inconvenience of being pulled over but you can laugh at him when you pass by.

Yes, I sometimes want to use violence against people who use violence-just to let them know what it feels like. But then again I guess that would just make me a hypocrite.
