One of my friend's names is Anne-Mercy. I think that's really pretty. Good luck and God bless!

How about Anne Nicole, and just have the child go by Nicole? It's hard to find a good name to flow with Anne.

Maybe Anne Elise? If your friend felt that "Anna" was an option, you could pair almost any one-syllable name. But with "Anne" it seems that you need to go for a simple name and almost a French feel.

Anne Marie sounds the best. It might be a little easier with Anna - Anna Beth, Anna Claire, Anna Brooke, Anna Hope, etc.
