I like the first skirt the best. The second looks like one a tennis player would wear and the third is too old fashioned and out of style.

first - the shoes are totally inappropriate for a medical office setting. They're more for clubbing.
The last skirt is the most conservative for work.
Sexy is unprofessional for work - you won't last long there. If you're a receptionist - you need to not distract people by the image you're presenting. Save the sexy image for your personal life.

I wear skirts to work every day but I would never wear one that short for work. I would suggest trying to find a longer, say above the knee, skirt. The ones you have chosen are very nice, just not really suitable for a medical clinic.

The top is fine. The skirts are too short. The shoes are definitely not for the workplace. Find more conservative skirt and shoes.

i loved the second one actually but it might be very sexy to work
go for the third one it is more professional
but anyway those skirts are very short. are you going to be comfortable sitting all day with those on ?
