Lifespan of Arcam Alpha 7 CD player?

I have an Alpha 7 CD player which I am considering upgrading. However it is 10 years old and I am a bit wary in case it won't last much longer. Does anyone have any figures for the average lifetime of this model of CD player? It is used 2-3 hours per week.

I had an arcam amp. Bloody sturdy kit. I would imagine it will last another ten.
