Unfortunately No! And as long as free Democratic societies elect corrupt, crooked and bent people into Govt it will never be otherwise.

As an example the UK house of commons has 635 members. At the last investigation almost 600 have criminal records! Albeit minor or major offenses.

As for the house of Lords that is a current equally filled cesspit! Notwithstanding many previous Lords (their forefather) were some of the most hardened criminals of the day & almost all escaped conviction and punishment due to inevitable cover ups by fellow peers!

Not forgetting Africa and Arab Lands. I.e. 1 family Islamic dicators re Saudi, Syria, Egypt etc. + the countless warlords, religious fanatics & organizations all bent on lining their pockets.

An example! Iraq has been given US$ Billions to help it recover!. Few if any benchmarks have been met! When its left to its own devices it will still be poor / nothing done / nothing achieved. All the money will be lining their politicians pockets.

Same with Africa. I've never seen any poor politicians. only the poor countless millions.

No - there is no country, community or society that is crime "free". Some have lower crime rates than others and that can be due to many different factors. The ones that say they are crime free are suspect. No country is crime free.
