Called a window regulator once the door panel is removed you will spot the big pop rivets you will have to grind off to replace the worn out part. Best left to a GM mechanic with the grinders and Pop rivet tool The regulator can be bolted back in place but bolts can work loose. Better check the door hindges too?

this is a pain but usually fixed for little, what has happened is the part that holds the glass has come off so cant raise window, good part your motor is still good.
take ff door panel , a couple of screws holds on arm rest, remove manual lock/unlock piece [unscrew] start pulling panel
out all the way around, now you can see problem, run the window motor and see where is not connect if its in the linkage, find the srew and nut and lock washer and replace,
if the arm has come off from window use a heavy epoxy glue
let dry and your windo is working,,

You may find that you can only buy a motor and regulator for this vehicle as an assembly. Not sure about Bonneville, but you are in for alot of cussing and scratches and bruises. You may want to pay to have this repair done.
