I used to watch her shows religiously, but lately I hardly find anything interesting on her shows anymore. Is she running out of steam and should she perhaps retire or concentrate on something else, like her charity work? It's not like she needs the money!

After about 5 minutes of Friday's show, I'm ready to write off watching ever again. Hopefully she won't go through an identity crisis and shave her head and crash into people's vehicles and drink and have babies with a wannabe rapper. We have enough of those in Hollywood.

Oprah is way past her prime. She's all about herself, her worldly work and such. She's spending time with kids from another country, annointingthem with a school, laptops and cellphones and such. Don't see her doing much of that here in this country though. Eventually, she will achieve sainthood and we will have churches and temples named after her, we will be able to take off an extra day on the weekend so we can worship at the Harpo studios shrine....

She's in her early 50's. She's doesn't have one foot in the grave yet. She does a lot of charity work in addition to her talk show. Stay tuned....she'll come up with something that interests you. She always does.

Way past-she may have done good in the world but she makes sure it gets publicity..
She made her billion off of people's problems and I find that repulsive. Maybe to salve her conscience for using people, she tosses out presents she can afford and actually the products she gives out during some of her shows are supplied by the product's companies. She bores me a great deal but I doubt if it would concern her if she knew it.
Her not marrying for all the years she lives with her bf does not make for a good role model at all. He wanted to,several times but she keeps backing off. What is her problem?

Oprah has helped a lot of peoplei n this world - she has proven you can anything you want - just set your mind to it!! She should retire and enjoy rest of her life doing what she wants.

Personally, I never cared much for the chick. I watch a few talk shows, but her show puts me to sleep. Sorry to rag on your hero, but she is no good, to me. I just saw where she made the top 400 richest people's list. When I saw that, I just cringed. Peace!

I would say so...and after your comment, a lot of people feeling the same, she will find a way to go out before her ratings are really low.

She is getting up there in years, and she said she is not renewing her contract anymore. Once this one runs out she is retiring.
