i filled the radiator and the plastic square with coolant about a week ago, and know its empty, when i look under the car i can see that it is dripping?

what is wrong and how much will it cost to fix it?
were can i fix it?

It might be the water pump. The seals go out and you only see the leaks when the engine is running. Look for water on the pulleys.
Not sure of the cost, but my guess is 4 hrs labor and parts at a shop. Or one full day for you and parts. It may take you longer as you will not know the tricks of the trade that the mechanic will.

Replace the radator before you kill the motor. Call around I bet you can find a new aftermarket radator for around 100 dollars.
