It wouldn't surprise me if this is a frame up of Blackwater, to do them in without having to address the murderous thugs going around killing civilians.

No, they will create another layer of bureaucracy, a "Oversight" layer, and charge the tax payers 300% more than what that layer costs and pocket those profits as well.

This is on top of the overcharges Halliburton is doing, On top of the overcharges that that Blackwater is doing, on top of the weapons that we the tax payers paid for our troops that GB and Cheney are stealing outright to arm Blackwater which will turn out to be owned by GB and Cheney.

Blackwater and PNAC were both started in 1997 and both
hint to me of an attempt to overthrow democracy in America by political meens at first and then by use of force at the end.

No way. They are doing the dirty work that the CIA tells them to do, and are illegal in the world courts if American troops do such things.

Just like all American companies, they just "farm out" such duties to the Blackwater Corporation, and their own hands are clean.

The premise of your question is wrong. You posed a leading question that has no basis in fact. Also, your English grammar is less than perfect. My inference: you are spewing prejudiced statements.
