In testicles TS you will find a large number of seminiferous tubules showing various grades of meiosis and spermiogenesis. You will also find tall, columnar cells called sertoli cells amongst the germinal epithelium. In between the seminiferous tubules you will find the interstitial tissue in which Leydig cells can be discerned.
You will find cuboidal cells in the epididymis and no such profile regarding spermatogenesis and spermiogenesis. Neither will you find sertoli cells in the TS of epididymis.
