In the females out of two X chromosomes, one remains inactivated(highly heterochromatised). This appears as a Barr body.If a female has three X chromosome( as in the superfemales), then there will be two Barr bodies. In case of Turner syndrome where there is only Xchromosome, there will be no Barr body. This is one of the points of Lyon's hypothesis. The idea is not to have double dose of similar genes in active state.

X - chromosome inactivation is when one of the female X chromosomes is deactivated. This occurs so that the female does not have twice as many gene products than males do.

I'm in my 50s, have been married, and I can assure you, the probability is that looking at nude women isn't going to make you straight. Although I was capable of having sex with my wife, I wasn't interested in any other woman then, and I'm not interested in any woman now, including her- but I WAS interested in men the entire time I was married. It's not a choice in the sense of a conscious decision. Beyond that, I couldn't care less, really.
