Connect to your wireless router via one of the following:

http://192.168.1.1

http://192.168.1.0

http://192.168.2.1

Once you get the wireless router page, use Admin and either blank or admin as the password.

If that doesn't work, you'll have to reset the router. There's a small pencil sized hole on the back of most wireless routers. You use a paperclip and press in the hole gently. You'll feel a light click, hold in while the wireless router is on for about 5 seconds. That will reset the router to it's original settings.

Once you have access to the wireless router there is typically a heading called security or wireless security that has the options for WPA2, WPA, or WEP.
Use WPA2 if you can.

Disable the broadcast of your SSID.

Change the password for the admin account of the router to something long and then write that down and lable the bottom of the wireless router with that info.

You don't find them, you create them in your Wireless router's setup. Read the manual.

Then, you tell Windows to use the WPA key that you set up on your router.

Still stuck? Call the router vendor's tech support line.

Usually connect to the router with a browser, something like

http://192.168.1.1

but it depends on the brand of router.
