I heard "not-so hot guys can't get hot girls- only hot guys get hot girls" so what do these so- called hot girls look like?

Well, that's a tricky question, because everyone has a different definition of hot. Personally, I like somewhat skinny women, but not painfully skinny, a bit of padding is a good thing. Curves are good but not required. Breast size doesn't matter as long as they're there. Tall is nice, but also isn't required. Hair needs to be cared for and arranged in a flattering manner. I like eyes, I still can't put my finger on what traits make certain eyes more attractive, but every once in awhile I'll see someone with pretty eyes.

"Hot Girl"? An attractive person of any gender wears a kind pleasant expression on their face, is pleasant, wears clean decent clothes and will be impressive not only to a nice guy but to his mom, sisters, cousins as well. Now if you want a man to look at you like you were a steak and he hasn't eaten in 3 weeks, farm animals in heat get that sort of attention but once the male is quenched he is off again looking for another steak. So! Decide what sort of man you want to be attractive to and dress and act accordingly. Most often we get what we are looking for so be careful what you want.

This is a very subjective question. To different people, ' hot' could mean very different things.
i.e. I like blondes, brunettes but somehow do not find goth black or redheads that attractive. But I am sure there are lots of people out there would likes them.
In general, slim, slender, non-obese are common themes in 'hot' girls. But again, SUBJECTIVE to the eye of the viewer. You just have to identify the characteristics you like.

A girl who takes care of herself is very attractive. Brushes and fixes her hair, whitens her teeth, wears clothes that fit her properly, wears a little bit of make up, paints her nails, shaves things like that. It shows she has CONFIDENCE when she takes care of herself. Also a girl who is positive and has a great additude, respect for others. You see chicks who are skinny and would be pretty if they would quit wearing t shirts, and jeans. You know pretty girls who whine, complain, and talk about themselves all the time. hot is hot, well it's different, some like girls skinny and slim, some like curvy well it's all different but it's pretty much what the media potray... but i don't think it's true beauty. true beauty comes within
