You can shoot a gun no matter how old you are. Owning one or carrying one is different. I am not sure of you states laws but some states require you to get a FOID card before you can possess a gun

That shouldn't be a problem, as you're going to an Indoor place...
the part that has me wondering is why you put adults in quotations... but that's another quesiton all-together i guess.

but bottom line, it's gonna be up to the Shooting Range's owner / manager whether you come in or not...
you will more than likely need to sign a release of liability before being allowed to do anything there... and since you're 14, you're gonna have to have your PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN sign the waiver with you.

At least old enough to handle the gun, and with adult supervision. Average age is about 12-14.

You will have to have written permission from your parents on you at all times while you are shooting, EVEN IF THE TWO ADULTS ARE YOUR PARENTS!
