I think they are very careful in the way they express their opinion. I managed to level 5 until now, with only being reported once (and for something so silly you would never believe). I don't really know what it takes for an account to be deleted, but I think it depends on the number of violation you receive.
By the way, congratulation! I am way far to level 6, just reached level 5.

Not sure.I was at level 6 with 5,500 + points before I got erased.And I pull no punches with my answers.All depends on which group you offend and how tippy they get with the "report it" feature.
