It seems we were all wrong to think we have to get a visa to go to Europe. Check out:

Most of us, regulars of this section, qualify. So, where do you think we shall go for the weekend? I suggest Paris to drink coffee with Sarkozy.

Come to Manchester! Great shopping and nightlife yet really near to the wild landscapes of the Lake District! It's good for spotting celebrities too - especially footballers!
- Well if you decide to come to Manchester let me know - I would be more than happy to help out with places to go/things to see etc. And if you wanted to go to the Lake District my boyfriends mum has a holiday cottage on Lake Windermere (Beautiful part of England)
- Yes it is very beautiful - I have been to many other parts of England but I think the NorthWest (maybe I am a little biased) is the most diverse (big industrial cities, the biggest stretch of sand dunes, mountains, lakes) and intresting although we do seem to get the worst of the weather. Scotland is very beautiful too, I love the mountains and the open spaces and I lived in Glasgow for a while and loved it there

No, thank you. I do not want to lose my appetite, and I hear that French coffee has licorice in it. I would rather go to Thesaloniki and have turkikon kafe with Tolia, then eat octopus at dinner.
Another alternative for me would be Florence, Italy. I can't wait to see the art and history there.
(by the way, with my EU passport since 2003, I don't need a visa for any country except USA lol)
edit: lyndsey, you touched a soft spot in my heart :) you reminded me of fond memories of Manchester and Lake District. Do you know that I met Wordsworth's granddaughter (an old lady) at the museum? Such a beautiful place, so romantic. No wonder he wrote so many beautiful poems there.

Do I need a visa to go to the part in Turkey that is in Europe?
Sarcozy? I don't think I'd like that, for a guy orders retouching in his photographs for him to look good, I'm afraid that he might think my hair isn't permed right or I have no manicure on.
