Both are possible - but have different meanings. "Talked to.." suggests you were telling her something. "Talked with..." suggests a conversation where you both had something to say. however, that is a bit formal, so the "talked to" is often used to mean conversation.

I spoke with her, I talked to her - both infer I was doing it all and in quite an authoritative manner.
We had a conversation, we chatted - puts its on a more equal level.

If I pointed out any wrong doing on her part, I will say "I talked to her". In case I had friendly conversation, I will say " I talked with her."
