-Plenty, obviously. If you get out of the Shonen and comedy genres,you start to see oversized breasts less often.
Or a guy in anime that couldn't be mistaken for a chick???
-You really only find these in some comedy shows (comedic traps) and Shoujo (pretty boys).

-Once again, get out of the Shonen category (Bleach, Naruto, and the like) and you start to see less of this.
Yeah, there are quite a few each of the charcter archetypes that you listed, but primarily they stick to certain genres (of course there are always exceptions). For example, you don't usually find the Ninja/ Demon hunter in a romance, and you don't see guys who are mistaken for chicks in horror series.

Yes, there are plenty of female anime characters without big breasts. There are also quite a few non-feminine male anime characters. Quite frankly I don't even understand your third question.
As for Fruits Baskets, that's the name of the anime, not the name of a character. And quite frankly, even if there was a character with that name, would it matter? Is it any worse then Wile E. Coyote or Edward Nygma?
Clearly you're not an anime fan, and have not watched much anime, because you're making a lot of generalizations about the genre. It would be equivalent of me asking why all American cartoons features a cartoon mouse, or why American cartoons don't have any characters that have five fingers.

anime is overexxaggerated and everything, but can be quite entertaining.

b) yes! On phantsay degree, the devil is manly. and yoshida is too
