Recognize that all the power in you is regenerating and can be reclaimed. Recognize you can defend yourself and learn how. Recognize that the healing power of the earth too is available to you.
Have you ever tried a grounding exercises, where you connect with the energy of the earth and life itself, let it move into you and back into the earth? This can be very healing.

Tomorrow is Sunday, go to Church, Praise the Lord, Just count your many blessings, this usually lifts me up. Remember what ever state you are in it could always get worse, Read Numbers 6:24-26, Isaiah 40:31, Psalms 23, Sunday is my favorite day of the week, a chance to be a lot of other believers, your power is in Jesus Christ, He arose from the grave and forever washed away the guilt of sin from us if we believe, don't let other people take that away from you believe on the Son of God Jesus Christ. It says in John that the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. Wow, can you imagine walking around with Jesus seeing him heal and change lives. It is my prayer you are a Christian and have experienced the life changing power of Jesus Christ. He is the way the truth and the life, no man comes to the Father but by Jesus, He is the only way to Heaven and the only thing that changes you from the inside out, not the outside in. The Bible says its not what goes in that defiles a person its what comes out that condems us. First of realize that only you give people the power to suck your energy.. Stop associating with the person doing this and just do simple exercises like visualling a white light around your body to cleanse yourself of negative energy.
Also the advice of the person who posted above me is just plain stupid because that will just create a vicious cycle

Please don't fill your mind with such junk, there is nothing such as vampires. you can only get out of your mind what you put into it, and if you put in junk you 'll get out junk.
You should more be afraid of the living than the dead because the dead has no power. any coming back to life for man is when the true God Jehovah with his son Jesus resurrect mankind and there will surely be no vampires, as God will remove every wickedness from his earth.
