There is a new blue camouflage uniform for the Navy, but it is not yet in general issue.

Some units in the Navy and Naval Reserve (not just SEALs) are authorized to wear camouflage uniforms, woodland pattern stateside and desert camouflage in Kuwait and Iraq.

The Navy still uses BDUs (Battle Dress Uniform) which is the woodland camo sets, and DCUs (Desert Combat Uniforms) the tan sets. However, I believe they are transitioning to a new set which is more a blue urban camo.

You have to be more specific here, the only people who would probably wear camo are navy seals...?
