ok, I'm mature, kind, nice and calm but if I get angry I scream, swear a million times, want to kill someone or myself, tease someone so badly, yell out lies, break things, feel like life is so crap! Anger make me very different! Why is this?!

apparently, your maturity, kindness, niceness and calmness is being provided at the expense of something that is building up your anger. Anger management is nice, but maybe you need to look into what is causing you to be that angry.

i get the same way, and i've realized that with me, when i have these meltdowns, i'm not even angry about something i should be angry about. my reaction is completely not related to something specific, it's more like i'm losing it and grasping for something to be angry about. i act totally out of character, feel like i have no control of myself, totally hate life, when i was ok before, and ok after. i have found that taking a walk helps. a friend of mine suggested taking old dishes and throwing them at the garage door. also i think for me it is bipolar 2. it makes me feel like i am possessed. i hate it. then hate myself for it afterwards. i say swear words i would never normally say, say hurtful things, i've been told my facial expression changes to this pyschotic look. but normally i am very passive, kind, calm, etc.

Ask your doctor to do a blood work up AND send you to psychiatrist.
Going night and day like that is not normal, nor okay. Neither is having that type of rage.
Please make an appointment sooner rather than later.

Also, bring up BPD with him/her (the pyschiatrist).

It sounds like you need to take anger management classes. I can get that way if someone pushes me to far. But luckily that doesn't happen often.

Anger Management classes, anyone? You have so much anger deep inside of you. One of these days you're going to get in big trouble. Call your local library, ask for "reference," and they'll lead you to anger management classes. I'm telling you, sir, if you don't take them, you WILL regret it.

Listen to me. Please. You asked for help. There it is. Just do it. :)
