Alcohol is alcohol. Beer,Whiskey or wine makes no difference.
Alcohol kills brain cells, but unless you drink so much you never get sober, you won't miss them as they grow new cells.
It impairs your ability to think, walk or talk. Your body will pass the alcohol out of the body in about 24 hours and it will make you go pee a lot just like a water pill.
Alcohol affects people at different rates and eating food slows down the bodies absorption of alcohol so you won't get drunk as fast. Also,a heavy set person can consume more alcohol than a skin and bones person because it takes longer for the alcohol to be absorbed by the body.

Drinking any "whole bottle" of alcohol is not a good idea (as long as this isn't a bottle of beer we're talking about). You will probably be at least significantly impaired. It doesn't melt in the blood, your body will slowly work it out of its system.
