just want to know: what kind medicines toxicants will make people quickly of death without any pain?

All medicines can be toxic if not used properly. The medicines that can cause the quickest and painless death would be those paralyzing agent with muscle relaxants effects that stops breathing by paralyzing the diaphragm and lungs. Pancuronium bromide (Pavulon) is an example of such drug. Potassium chloride given at a lethal dose can interrupt the electrical signaling essential to heart functions causing death in a couple of minutes.

Those drugs as you know, are used in lethal injections. I am sure they have quick effects depending on the dose administered, but whether the death is painless is what I am not so sure. The quick effects however (regardless of the dose) can sometimes have some delay as well.
