Yes they do,dialysis filters the poisions out of the blood that goes through the kidneys eventually they dont use it as much but they do urinate.

Yes Dialysis is doing the work for the kidneys and unless you are on a catheder you can urinate.

It really depends on how bad the kidney failure is. I have had patients who do urinate and then there are others who do not.

i am on PD dialysis.
depending on your situation, all depends on if you urinate.
i do not have kidneys, and i am on dialysis, therefore, i do not urinate.
some people keep their kidneys in when they are on PD dialysis and they are able to urinate.
