First: It's not been verified. There have been MANY religous artifacts through the years that have turned out to be hoaxes. Two: So? Could have been some nut that decided to build a big boat. Why is it that you think one discovery would prove an entire book that actually starts out that God spoke the words 'let there be light' when there was nobody here to hear it? Who was he talking to, and why did he dwell in darkness before that? Why do we think the evil fruit is an apple when they were covered with fig leaves? Wouldn't the fig tree be a more likely suspect? Too mahy questions to be answered with one boat find.

You gave a link to a religious site
If they really had found "Noah's Ark" wouldn't you be able to find a non religious website about it?
A boat like shape on Mount Ararat is not proof that Noah's Ark has been found.
Besides which - we can already prove the world hasn't been completely flooded. are you willing to accept that the bible is a lie.
And why do would you want something to be right when it would mean that your god deliberately murdered virtually every single living creature on the planet. He drowned babies! Drowing is a horrible way to die. It's a horrible story.

Sigh your profile says you're "Born Again" so you may ignore this but THERE HAS NO DISCOVERY OF NOAH'S ARK!
Trust me as an older Christian who has studied archaeology and geology that while there is evidence for a mega flood in the Black Sea and the Mesopotamian area there is no solid proven evidence for Noah's ARK being found on the slopes of Mt.Ararat!
There may have been some sort of ship or raft that survivors of one of the several floods that started that particular myth that somehow AGAINST the currents sailed upriver but it didnt survive!
In that part of Genesis you're reading myths and legends. Whatever actually happened has been distorted and altering by thousands of years of people retelling the story until the details changed.
Flood myths can be traced back to the rise in sea levels at the end of the last Ice Age. Major sea levels or shore shifts caused by mega storms and seismic activity reinforced the original story.
Tolkien writes about this process of stories being absorbed into each other in one of his essays. Yes that Tolkien!
Remember God may inspire the events recorded in the Scriptures but fallible imperfect humans recorded them!
Now please go read some geology and archaeology books!
Noah's Ark probably got torn up for Firewood and Building Materials five minutes after disembarkation finished!

I hate that crap.
I don't think the bible is a lie, but i have issues....
I believe in Noah and the whole flood thing....
but stuff like this like saying you saw a cross on the skin of a frog.....or there is no god but allah in the lining of people throats (both examples of claims i've seen as why islam or Christianity is correct). Apparently in india, one of their gods ....the statue ....they traditionally "fed" it milk....well one year the thing actually drank the milk.
Yeah so i just hate that stuff on principle.
I mean i remember when this thing was first "discovered".....WHILE AGO......then more info came out...then more and more....how do you not know its just some ancient boat?...why does it have to be noah's

Dear heart, a boat said to be the Ark has been 'found' several times in the present time. Let's wait till somebody other than a religious group studies it, okay?

Noah's Ark has not been discovered....and there would not been enough time to collect two of every animal on the planet to put on such an ark....and logic says it would have had to have been gynormous to have held that many creatures...

Greetings!
I just love the link that says;"there were no growth rings in trees before the flood"-wow! That IS a lie!
There is plenty of truth in the Bible, but there are plenty of liars who read it, and make up hogwash to sell to those who are willing to believe.
That is "No-A-Ark".
Keep searching however-

It is part of belief of Muslims on Divine Revealations before Quran was revealed. Qurans tells us about Bible, Torah, Psalms of David, and some pages given to Abraham.
But it is also fact that original Bible in Armaic if ever was written isn't available any where. What you have translations of translations from one language to other.
We have original Text of Quran in Arabic as was recorded and memorized during Prophet's life. We also have its translations in many languages. Translations written by different scholars always have differences and it includes the opinions and interpretations of the translator. Some of them are good translations and some make mistakes translating certain part or words. We never call the translation Al-Quran. We always call translation of Quran by so and so.
Every 20 to 30 years as science discovers new things, we get to understand the new meanings of words in Quran and it keep changing.
Amongsts Muslims also there are many who choose better words and some use wrong words ....e.g. calling Bible a lie.
It is rude to say. I don't call it a lie. There is possiblity of errors in understanding the parables and interpreting differently by each writer.
We often read Christian comments that Muhammad copied Quran from Torah and Bible.
Prophet Mohammad didn't have any contacts or friendship with any Christians. There were no Christians ever lived in Mecca. The story of Noah and his Arc is true story and God has revealed it all books. There are scientific information in Quran that neither Torah nor Bible has. e.g., Quran tells accurate info about how sperm develops into a full child in mother's womb. The description is as accurate as written in the textbooks of embriology for medical students.
Prophet Mohammad couldn't have possibly known by himself. It is God who dictated him all about it over 1400 years ago. Muslims never understood themselves. They have understood this part of Quran after scientists has discovered and written the books about it. Now some scientists have agreed that Quran has to be a Divine Revelation and Mohammad couldn't have possibly known with such accuracy the scientific facts being illiterate (not knowing how to read or write). If was educated then Christians accusations could have some weight.
