You can't prove/disprove a negative.( Like the weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.)
All I can say, if there is a god, it's asleep, stoned or forgotten we're here!

Ethics exist whether God exists or not. Whether I choose to forgive or turn the other cheek has no relevance to the existence of a deity.
The question is poorly worded with a double negative so that disproving a non existence actually means proving existence.
We don't need to disprove the existence of God anyway. The ball is in the court of the religious. There is no evidence for God that would stand up in a court of law or under scientific scrutiny. In the same way that we suspend disbelief when we watch a film, the religious suspend disbelief. Faith is the negation of reason. |The religious are fools. We should live moral just lives for ourselves rather than for reward in heaven.

I wouldn't tell you, dude you can't disporve the non existance of god. I could say you can't disprove the existence of God, but it's more likely that I would bet you a huge sum of money that you can't disprove it. The way I see it, the only way you could tell for sure, one way or another, is to die. Now, if you died and there was an afterlife, then that would indicate the existence of God, or at least some God-like condition like Nirvana. But if there was no afterlife, then you couldn't prove anything, because you would cease to exist. So, bring it on, dude.

Would you turn the other cheek or stick your head in the sand if the Bible was proved right?

You assume you can disprove the existence of God, but how can you disprove what you are blind from seeing? Can you disprove the existence of air?

If you disprove God's existence that would mean he didn't exist , so how could he then turn the other cheek if he does not exist he can only turn the other cheek if he exists a non-existent person cannot do anything. So i think you fell in your own trap.

No I'd shoot your a**. The only way you could possibly even begin to disprove God is to physically attack me or other believers in a most heinous physical way. And if I caught you at it ----

This is a discussioin website - we would discuss it.

Personally, I don't believe in god but I have never heard of anything that comes close the PROOF that there he doesn't exist.

But, go for it ...

As long as you not be offended if I prove that matter can not come from nothing to make a big bang and start evolution. Guess we both will just cry in our Beers and sniffle till we die. Then we will know. Well, if you correct we will not know, we just be dead. But, If I am correct we will both know. It just I be knowing in a better way.
