That would be against the 10th commandment of God and you are going straight to hell for that! Do your children want new clothes just like all the other children? They got a ticket on the same non-stop flight as momny and daddy....

This is why atheists do not join your religion! After all you folks are doing the backstroke in the lake of fire we will accept god before death when there is little chance to sin and so we will not suffer your fate for eternity... not to mention all your whining and carrying on

Actually, you have a few things wrong. Well, you have more than a few things wrong. I think it's more than just what you mentioned that makes someone that is atheist not want to be a Christian -- mostly, it's that they don't believe there is any chance that there is a higher power. That just might have something to do with it. Sinning does not send someone to hell. I have sinned. God has forgiven me for it because Christ paid the price for that sin. Romans 3:23 says that everyone has sinned. Romans 6:23 says that the wages of sin is death. However, through the death of Christ, we are able to be free. Christ paid the price for us. We are allowed to live. It is not a sin that sends someone to hell. It is the refusal to accept the sacrifice that Christ made upon their behalf. Mark 3:28 says ALL sins can be forgiven -- that would include being envious of someone else's belongings.

Before you reject something, perhaps, just maybe, you could talk to someone that actually can answer some of your questions. Just maybe--if you opened your mind just a bit and let go of some of your hostile attitude you could learn a thing or two that would benefit you for all of eternity.

Believe me, no one has anything I want. When I see the money wasted to stay out of the weather in a house way too big and buy a car that only get a person from point A to point B that a big rip off anyway, I feel sorry for those people. I may not have much, but, what I do have I share with those that not have. I not trying to get, I trying to give. That makes me happy.

No, I do not.
I have never whined or carried on about such things, as you said I do.
I am going to Heaven, but thanks for caring.
I've never been able to be good at the backstroke. I do better with the crawl, the breast stroke, and the sidestroke.

This is a moot point, though, since you do not believe in God.

If God can see your house from heaven, you win and get to go to heaven preferentially over your neighbor. A good way to make this happen is to pluck out your neighbor's eyes with a spork so he cannot tell whether his lights are on or not. Pull the plug on his displays and then tell him they are glowing like the star of Bethlehem. God forgives liars. <--knows God-related stuff from church and that book... what is it called again?

I certainly don't think you fully understand Christianity, Sweetie. May the Holy Spirit draw you.
And, no. I don't envy my neighbors. I have the best car and house in my neighborhood. My children are very well provided for also. But thanks for your concern.

Nope.

If you plan on accepting Christ at the last second, you better be sure you don't die in your sleep.
