Same - not the best picture, but looks like mostly chihuahua, possibly with some terrier in there.

Well, pet -qualityChihuahuas vary so much in size and looks that you can have a 4 lb.dog and a 10 lb.dog from the same litter.I would say that it's a Chihuahua,just a pet -quality,not bred for small size or confirmation,just for love! It's a very cute doggy!

Hard to tell, not the best picture quality and a bad angle of picture. Try to get a picture of the dog standing.

a little,but not really itlook like its mixed with a rat terrier. people usually mix those 2 together but I dont know why?

When in doubt, call it a mix. But yes, some sort of miniature or toy.
