You are making no sense. There is no Spanish culture in America. There is a Hispanic American culture in America.
Not the same thing.

Considering most countries in the Americas speak Spanish, one could ask -

Why doesn't the anglophone culture in America want to assimilate with the (Spanish-speaking) rest of America ?

i believe that it's not that they dont want to assimilate it's just that there really isnt something for them to assimilate to. America is afterall comprised of so many diverse cultures/ethnicites that it's difficult to pin point what american culture is therefore making almost impossible to know what to assimilate too.

why don't Americans try to assimilate to other culures when they move to other countries? i have seen many loud mouth Americans running around Japan and all over South America, thinking they can do anything they want because they're American.

By the way Americans don't even have a culture, the country was founded by criminals and all other outcasts from Europe.

Ummm...as far as I can see they are more assimilated than many other immigrant groups. I have no idea what you are talking about. And what is American culture? Hot dogs and nursing homes?

I think it's easier for them to just lived amongst their race and continue to speak there language instead of trying to mesh with americans and speak english. Also, because no one is making them do so, so why bother?
