I personally am not a fan of the Zoom system. I have not seen the 8 shades difference in my patients, like Discus Dental (the company that makes Zoom) says. In fact I have had many patients get up out of the chair afterwards and are disappointed that they didn't get the effects they were looking for. Actually, I have seen people get better effects from whitening trays or even the strips. They do make professional strength Crest whitening strips.
The Zoom can cause extreme sensitivity. I had it done on myself when it first came out, and oh my gosh, I was miserable for 24 hours. I just did it on a patient the other day, and I could only make it through 2 of the 3 whitening sessions, before she made me stop, because she couldn't take the sensitivity. At least with the trays, you can do it one night, wait a night, then do it again. The sensitivity is not so bad if you do it that way.

I'm not too sure abt it. However, there are many ways that you can whiten ur teeth.
Here are many ways that you can whitening your teeth!
For home remedies.
Mix baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to form toothpaste. Brush the teeth regularly with this paste. It will remove all stains in a month.
Use bicarbonate of soda 5 minutes before brushing the teeth with normal toothpaste in the morning. This is a good home remedy for teeth whitening.
Rubbing the bark of walnut tree on the teeth helps in removing all stains from the teeth.
Strawberries are considered natural teeth whiteners. Rubbing the teeth with strawberries daily will remove all the stains.
If you would like a suggestion on tooth whitening gel, here's something for you!
Crest Night Effects Whitening Gel (about $18.00) allows you to remove stains while you sleep. The tooth whitening system has a fresh, wintergreen flavor. After fourteen days of sleeping with this product on your teeth, you will wake up to a vibrant smile. You should see results in two days, although there are reports of tooth whitening results in one night

zoom does work, however crest whitening strips work just as well. I'm a dental assistant and my office offers zoom and bleaching trays. Crest is the same exact thing it just takes more applications and time. So if you have patience go for the crest, I also use the listerine beore rinse. Let me know how this works for ya!

I use to perform zoom in my office. Now I only do take home custom tray whitening. It has far more consistent results.
