We had a terrible break up - his choice, not mine. Now I am feeling like I am too old to start over again. Am I destined to be alone? I'm 5'2" about 110 and fairly attractive (my friends tell me I'm hot but they're my friends), I just don't remember how to date anymore! I thought we were happy and planned on marrying this guy - how do I get myself back into the game? I have never approached a guy in my life and guys I would consider date haven't been talking to me (maybe my standards are too high). I don't know how to start over.... Any suggestions??

26 is definitely NOT to old to start over.
Try to meet men in situations where you and they feel safe and are in full control of your senses. i.e., no drugs or alcohol.
Look for places that are likely to attract persons with interests similar to yours.

You are only 26, you have more than enough time. Its not like they round up all the 30 yr olds and kill em lol. You will be fine believe me. Just hit some of the singles spots, clubs, bars and so on. That seems to be the first step. But remember dont, Do Not, go on and on about your previous relationship. Hope this helps :)

IYour not even close to being to old to start over, depending on your lifestyle, clubs and bars are okay but your not going to meet a quality guy there, just wait it out and you will find the right guy, I'm single and looking and you sound perfect, but I'm not a club guy, I'm more of a fmaily oriented, dedicated to the relationship guy, if you ver want to chat send me an message. Good luck.

26 is a bit old to start dating again. Most guys your age would probably want to date someone younger and taller. My suggestion is to aim at average looking guys who are over 35 - if they are still single then they would probably be desperate, also it's the age most guys want to settle down with the first person they can find.
