out of nothing, which one would you choose?

I'd take the power to heal. There are plenty of natural ways to create something.
Building and growing things takes time. But it gets done all the time and there is times.
If you can save a life and it has to be right now, that can make a difference. And healthy people can create what they need with their own hands.

I will take the power to create. I will create it right in the first place so that we don't need to heal.

Well, I know what it's like to have the power to heal, so I guess it would be cool to be able to create something out of nothing and see what that's like.

That is a very good question. One answer could cancel the other, and satisfy both.
To heal is good but not good enough.
To create something from nothing not only gives you extraordinary powers but could include creating new vaccines that we didnt have before .
So to create works for all concerned and thats my choice.

power to create. i am a woman so, all i need is a mans sperm to for a child. and well we just procreated, produced a kid. but that is a given. so - i would already have that, and the power to heal, uh maybe heal sick children.

To solve the worlds hunger, disease, energy, shelter problems, and obsession with material things - I'd take:
"The power to create something"
And with that power, I would create a machine that could make things out of basic atoms. (like a replicator)
And with that machine, we could easily build a:
- A Machine that could Heal
- A Machine that could replicate food and other items
- A Machine that could safely harness the energy of an atom to power our homes, cars, and machines.
And Finally:
- A Machine that could make more machines. to freely give to people throughout the world.
