What is the easiest way to scan a small drawing into my pc, enlarge it, and print it out a few % larger then when it went in?

Plus all the Jac's Photo editing software.
Bring it in and then increase it with the + or the Magnifing Glass. and then save it.

Take a look at all the buttons on you scanner, mine actually has a menu that will let me scan or copy a map or drawing at a higher %. If you scan the doc and then print it, you can change the size by printing it out as an 8 by 10.
You can import into word, by adding picture and once imported, you can drag to any size.
