I will share this: I make quilts for Project Linus because I don't have children or grand children to make them for. My best friend just had open heart surgery. I love salads and I have 2 worthless cats who sit, shake hands and roll over for treats, but miss the litter box.

I get extremely offended when people don't know that comic books aren't for kids. They used to be up until the 1960's when they became more teenager-oriented. Then ever since the 1980's comic books have been written for and read by males between the ages of 13 and 50 (that's the comic book audience, not little kids). It's been 25 years, when will people catch on???

I had a wife, a three bedroom colonial home, a good job in computing with $66K/yr (in 1995), Financial security, Travelled a lot around the world, had a good Christian upbringing, worked close to home............................. and THEN ................... was DIVORCED by my wife !

Now have nothing except my LORD and a little unit which I rent in a Church owned village, and absolutely NO financial security. I can't even get a JOB anymore. :-( ..
BUT - I can still praise my LORD. Hallelujah !

I was in a Broadway play once (seriously) and I read about 3 -4 books a week.

I was born in Japan but I had citizenship to Barbados.
I was born on a US naval base on top of that.
so I recently became a citizen of the US because the paperwork was to confusing to get a passport.

Here's something that all my friends think is absolutely crazy. I love the SMELL of hot dogs cooking but hate the taste. It's SO disappointing!
