Well, I could answer your question if I knew what you meant by "delusional twaddle." And what exactly is your version of "enlightened truth?"

Its odd.

As you put it, I am a firm believer in this "delusional twaddle".

I do firmly believe it to be the truth however, WHO KNOWS, i could be wrong?

I will say one thing though, that whether its right or wrong, beleiving gives me a sense of direction and purpose which is important.

I often think to myself, if someone could prove it wrong ide still believe it because most people want/need something/one to believe in.

Bye.

Because it's a Fun Fantasy. Where else would unimaginative people get their kicks? The Bible - best selling, award winning science fiction epic novel in 2 parts.

If there is something outside & beyond the physical universe, Reality (with a capital R), I hope there is more to it than the ink in a dusty old book.

Hi....

It started a long time ago, from earlier civilisations, believing in different gods.

After time, these 'gods' turned or 'evolved' for some reason, into one 'god'.

These thoughts and beliefs, were needed back then, human beings were very afraid of the unknown.

Today, these backwards belief systems are being carried by deluded individuals, who together make a cult.

We are being stopped from moving forward by these belief systems!

These 'cults' will hopefully one day, dwindle and die out.

Leaving mankind with a future, a future of scientific 'enlightenment', that will make us evolve further in the Universe.

The revolution has already begun and 'will' succeed in the end!!

Met God through Jesus, have had an open mind and read extensively on scientific, literary and historical arguments, and still believe. Not a stupid person, no intention of blindly following something that can't be concluded to be true on the basis of intelligent and rational scrutiny.

Yes, why do they continue to believe the lie of evolution, when they know deep in their hearts that God is? Read 2 Timothy in the Holy Bible it tells about them. They think they are so intelligent, but are really so stupid they worship creation and not the Creator. How bright they are. Not!

The conservative estimate is that 33% of the world is Christian. That is approxiamately 2200000000 people. It is the largest faith in the world. The Bible is the most popular book in the world. Can you really see 2200000000 people being deluded. I would suggest that they have seen something wonderful that perhaps you have missed.

Because it is not delusional twaddle. God is very real. His Holy Word is very real, so is heaven and hell. God wants to reveal Himself to you.
