Ares downloads.... Help me plzzz?

Question

I downloaded ares and im tryin to download the movie,premonition,but when i download different files it wont show the screen,just the sound..i thought it was just a bad file but all the ones i download does the same thing...have i done something wrong,or do i have to do somethin..plz help

That happened to me with a few movies not all. It happens sometimes, That's taking the good with the bad.

You may for future reference check the stats of movies before you download. Scrolling your cursor over the file to read the comments that were written by sharer. Checking to see that it
has at least 2 stars before you download.

Sometimes people upload files without checking to see if the file is alright for uploading and some people just pass them along. So, before you open them you may want to go the file destination, where they are located at. To do that, right click over the song and scroll to locate file then click on it.

Right Click over the song or movie and scroll down to scan Before you open.

UN-scanned files can add ALOT more than just blank screens and sound to your hard drive so, be careful

I don't quite use Ares after my ISP throttle it.

But assuming that you've completed the download (not previewing your download), it could be codec problem.

I mean, if the sound is playing and it sounds legit.

Get media player classic. In contary to its name, it actually plays a wide range of video format with no problem. You can also try installing a free codec pack, try googling it, but it still doesn't mean it will work with WMP11. media player classic is a much better player than WMP

It kept doing that to me too.. so I don't know how to help you.

But I heard they're suing everyone who's illegally downloaded.. they've been saying that for a while now, but just be cautious. I'd just go buy or rent the movie if I were you.

Be really careful - I got a Trojan virus when I downloaded Ares.
