Is sweating the burning of calories... or is it just dispelling water and not fat? I know some people sweat more than others so does that mean they burn more caloreis than others?

perspiration is not a direct indicator of an elevated metabolic rate. genetics, hydration levels, relative humidity, ambient room temperate, etc. are just some factors that determine how much you sweat and when.
