my children were abducted/kidnapped by State Officials, nobody in our system wants to correct the matter I've been
all the way to the top (Mr. Bush ) himself with documented
proof. Lawyers, Judges (State/Federal ) congressmen, Sen
ators, Representatives, State and Federal prosecutors, the
FBI. Proof of the crimes out in front of their faces and they
all claim it was a mistake. It's a mistake on their part but one
of us civilians commit the same act, it's a crime. sounds like
a double-standard of law or bosshog politics. laws intended
to protect the people are ignored. Reason I know this is I am
a 24-year self motivated studier of law, and I'm not wrong. one
lawyer has already agreed, but no action of correcting the wrong, no justice

The children were with their step-sister when I was detained briefly (4) days by law enforcement. She and her 32 year
old husband were of age to supervise
the children. At the end of the 4th day
I was released without charges State officials misrepresented all facts to over-
come due process. The officials have
operated in a prohibited act with disrupt-
ing the childrens legal custody in Arkan-
sas, see U.S. code title 28 chapter 115
part (V) section 1738A, paragraph (g)
Misrepresentation of facts false testi-
mony/perjury, fabrication of cases are all
criminal acts under Tennessee code

I am in the process of documenting outrageous abuses of power and authority of Child Protective Services all over these United States.
In Virginia, they passed the "there's only one mother" law, and in the courtroom, I asked the Judge if the Commonwealth of Virginia was charging all of the other "fathers" of my children the same amount that they were charging me. That cost me 30 days in jail, and my job. Then, the DCSS(Division of Child Support Services), proceeded to raise my support payments, based on "income I could make", not on the income I had made, or was making. In the meantime, the mother of my children, left my 16 yr. old daughter on her own, as the mother and her bf took off to Florida. No problem for Virginia's DCSS though, they only worry about me. They really are like the Nazi SS.

Enough of my problem though, send me information on your case, my e-mail is available to any one who wishes to write.
I would like to receive as much information on the abusive ways in which these "heroes in their own mind" claim they are working for the children, when in fact, all they are working for is their next paycheck, and/or pay-raise. They never actually seem to be working at all, every time I've personally visited their office, some one is having a party for something.....

I have a friend who works in a news room and I intead on having my day all across American television sets, since I can't get the attention neede in my case, I'm going to make a case for every one who has been wronged...... We are talking National newscast........

Are you're children still gone? Were they taken from you for cause? Were they returned safely and in a short amount of time? You have a lot of accusations, but no information on why someone took you children. What were the circumstances?

Getting one lawyer to agree doesn't mean a slam dunk lawsuit. If he is going to file a suit then we shall soon here about it at least on a State level. Also, what do you mean by corruption. Many people use that term when talking about police or Politicians. Do you mean they stole from you or made you pay to get the kids back? Corruption usually involves financial gain from a position of power in an illegal manner.

Not liking the Government or Police doesn't mean they are corrupt.

I am in agreement that many child protective agencies have way too much power. In the county in which I live, they got their wings clipped when the citizenry refused at election time to renew their tax base. After that, they started working harder to work with families, to reunify families, to help instead of destroy parents under stress, to look at the child's issues as well as the parent's issues, and to realize that spanking is not necessarily abuse. Money talks, and the public withdrawal of money talks quite loudly.

Sounds like there was no crime if nobody will act on it.
