Why would you want to communicate with angels when you can communicate with the Creator of the Universe?
Why would you WANT to be angels? They are not to be worshipped (extravagant respect or admiration for), and wanting to be one is sort of a form of worship. Humans can't be angels. Humans are actually "a little lower than the angels" and only because we are flesh and they are not.
God banished the fallen angels because they rebelled against Him... they rejected God, they refused to accept God as their Lord. God is very merciful, and forgave the angels, just as He forgives us. However, just as with us humans, the fallen angels had the choice to accept or reject God and His forgiveness. They rejected it, they were banished.
Why didn't God control .... Eden? Because Adam and Eve had FREE WILL. It was up to THEM what THEY did, not God. God is not a puppeteer, and we are not His marionettes. He would never want it that way, and WE don't want it that way either, do we?
As for Bible references, I'd best to refer you to the great website, "gotquestions.org" It's very authoritative, complete, and filled with all the scriptural references you desire.
Have a blessed day!

All these questions can be answered logically:
We can communicate with angels. But they have to make first contact.
Humans can't be angels for the same reason that reptiles cant be birds.
God banished the fallen angels because they were not repentant, they thought they were better than God and still do. God did forgive them. But they broke a commandment and when you do the crime you do the time.
God did not control the happenings in the garden because he gave us the ability to make our own decisions. He wants us to want to serve him. He wants us to be able to make that choice and not just be mind numb serving robots.

Qtn 1: why can't humans be angels? or can they?
Ans: Angels are God workers. But God loves us so much that He can give his one and only son. which mean we are much higher level than angels. Which make Satan jealous, cos he was only an angel, and so what if he was the smartest angel, yet is just God's servant.
Qtn 2: why did God banish the fallen angels why didn't he forgive them?
Ans: Do you think God have no mercy for the angels, he hoping that they will repent.. but did the fallen angels repent? they didn't they has join Satan to detest God, and do you think
they deserve forgiveness, when they mess up our life on earth?
Qtn 3:why didn't God control the happenings in the garden of Eden?
Ans: God has always love us so much that he didn't create us like robots/puppets.. (remote controlling us to move and sit) therefore He also didn't want Adam and Eve to go against Him. And God has sent the flood for 40 days (Noah's ark) to kill all beings but yet He is merciful to spare Noah's family and some other animals, but have we been faithful to Him?

I think the only way we can communicate with angels is if God sends us one. Maybe you have talked to an angel in human form. The fallen angels didn't want God to be God. That's why. They did not ask for forgiveness.

There are many accounts of Angels in the Bible in various forms. Read the story in Gen 19. They are in the form of men there. But they are not men. God uses them however he chooses and in whatever form he needs them in. Personally, I don't care why God doesn't forgive fallen Angels. It has nothing to do with me. I only know where they go.
And God chose to make mankind in the way he did and gave man the ability to think and reason and make choices. I don't see how love can be shown unless a choice is given to do it. Think about it. Forcing us to serve him wouldn't be satisfying at all. Would it be for you?

God sends us angels when we need them. We may not recognize them as such though. We can communicate with them when they need us too. Heavenly Father didn't control the Garden of Eden because we are free to choose right or wrong for ourselves. Satan wanted to control everything so he was banished from Heaven with his followers.

Angels are different creatures than humans. The angels chose to follow Satan when God kicked him out of heaven. God gave man free will, he gave them the rules and they chose to believe the liar Satan. Get your self a New Living Translation of the Holy Bible it is written in plain modern English and you can read all about it yourself. Then you won't have to ask anyone else. That way you can also be sure you have the right information.

come to think of it i don't actually know what an angel is. there are many definitions for what an angel is. was the fallen angels lucifer aka satan and his frineds that tried to overthrow God? if so, i think that it is because they didn't ask for His forgivness. and God was in control when adam and eve were tempted by the serpent. but they had to learn for themselves and see the mistakes that they made. God is always in control, even when things go wrong, he can easily right them again with a snap of the fingers.

we are not supposed to communicate with Angels
(Revelation 19:10) 10 At that I fell down before his feet to worship him. But he tells me: “Be careful! Do not do that! All I am is a fellow slave of you and of your brothers who have the work of witnessing to Jesus. Worship God; for the bearing witness to Jesus is what inspires prophesying. . .
(Revelation 22:8-9) . . .Well, I John was the one hearing and seeing these things. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel that had been showing me these things. 9 But he tells me: “Be careful! Do not do that! All I am is a fellow slave of you and of your brothers who are prophets and of those who are observing the words of this scroll. Worship God.”
God didn't forgive them because they were perfect creatures, & their action was a rebellion against God's sovergnty
Adam & Eve were perefect also, thus no forgiveness
(Hebrews 10:26) 26 For if we practice sin willfully after having received the accurate knowledge of the truth, there is no longer any sacrifice for sins left. . .

No, humans can't be angels.
The angels that Lucifer took with him didn't want forgiveness, they hated God because He is so powerful and good.
If God had controlled the happenings in the Garden, we wouldn't have free will. God doesn't want robots, He wants us to CHOOSE to love Him.
Do you want YOUR children to just be little robots who are PROGRAMMED to love you or who love you because they know you love THEM?
God bless!
