Ah, but God DOES answer prayers.... by saying "NO".
Even to a broke mother who needs a miracle to keep her children out of that Minivan.
And look how quickly everyone jumps at the chance to say "living in the back of a car isn't so bad. It's her own damn fault she's there anyway".
What loving... LOVING... people.

The First prayer that God hears is "I'M SORRY- I accept your gift of salvation and will live for you from now on"...
Without this prayer "first" one is not a child of God, and God does not hear prayers that are not from His servents.
By the way the "Mini van" very well have been God's plan to keep the little ones off the side walks and streets.
There are thousands where I minister that have no minivan.

He does answer.... Sometimes, the answer is, no..
If you were his child your babies wouldn`t be living in the back of a dodge mini van..
We are blessed in the fields, blessed in the city, blessed going out and blessed coming in.. He loves his kids and takes care of his kids.. Just like any other Father...
Why do you blame God because you/they can`t pay the rent??? You are responsible for your own life and choices..

how many e-mail do you respond to with the affirmative that ask for money.
do you give your children every thing that they ask for?
do you take your children into the store and buy them all the candy that they ask for.
have you noticed that in the United States there is a thing call the welfare system, food stamps.
that there is an organization called the Salvation Army? the Red cross, both inspired by? guess who?
God.

Funny but jesus seems to have said
And Jesus answered and said to them, "Truly I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, `Be taken up and cast into the sea,' it will happen. "And all things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." (Matthew 21:21-22 NAS)
Then there was that time he said
Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven. For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst. (Matthew 18:19-20 NAS)
And whatever you ask in my name, I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything of me in my name, I will do it. (John 14:13-14 NAB)
So why does god ever say no to prayers? 1 god does not exist or 2 that jesus was a liar?
But god answers prayer with yes no or wait, well by that ridiculous logic he has all his bases covered and answers all prayers.

Friend...The e-mails that you respond to, are generally from those with whom you are aquainted...God also responds to prayers of need to those who seek relationship with Him,first as a friend. Something,I learned a long time ago and have great evidence to the validity of my belief.

Or at least some kind of automatic response: "Hi, you've reached Jesus Christ, I can't answer your prayer right now, but leave your name and number and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Blessings from Daddy, Amen."

Prayer would not artwork, this is why he would not answer your prayers. Prayer is "replied" purely as in all probability as may well be envisioned through random risk by myself. This has been everyday scientifically, through dozens of experiments.

Whoa.You got an attitude!
and your kids are not living
in a minivan. If they are...
go to a church and tell them.
First, are you on speaking terms with the Lord? Does
He know who you are?. When He does, He will surely answer.

I think viewing 'God' as some guy deciding on prayers is an immature view of God whether you're theist or atheist.
