scrambled eggs are fine. do w/out the kethcup though. Not eating much isn't going to help you lose weight, just help you mess up your metabolism. Eat healthy food and you can eat all day long. the more veggies in your diet the better. Eat real whole wheat breads and pastas, limit your cheese intake and don't drink juices and sodas (even diet). Unnecessary useless calories.

if u starve ur self u'll gain a ton of wait when u eat again... the best way to loss wait is just to run every day and eat better, my friend drank sprit every day and when she stoped she lost 5 pounds in like a week... and ya scrambled eggs are great

okay i know this sounds weird, but you probably didn't lose weight BECAUSE you didn't eat.

you have to eat, about 2000 calories per day.
you need to diet healthy, not crash diet, you will only gain more, and you won't have any energy, plus its really unhealthy.

eggs are really good for you, they may affect your weight but in a positive way, they should help your muscles grow.

but seriously you need to eat, and exercise.
trying running around the track.
i did it, and i lost some weight, and 2 inches.

actually people who have eggs for breakfast in their diet tend to loose more weight than those who dont, since they are a good source of protein. Also by not eating ur only slowing down your metabolism, meaning ur going to burn more calories.
