You might not lose any.....it also depends on the fat content of the foods you are eating as well. How is your metabolism? How vigorous is your exercise routine. If you are sticking to a healthy diet and exercise, I would make a guess of 5-7 pounds in a month. It varies from person to person, so this type of thing is really hard to judge. It's not an exact science. You can up your calories, but lose the trans-fatty foods, substitute any soda for water and stay away from anything processed. But don't starve yourself or you will be doing more harm then good.

It takes a deficit of 3500 calories to loose one pound. Now, you just need to know how many calories your body burns naturally, and you can figure it out. So, assuming you need about 2200 calories a day to support your current weight, you'd loose about 10.5 pounds. However, this isn't the best way to loose weight. Calories can be deciving, I'd say you need to watch your fat/sugar/sodium intake. These things are what stays with your body the most. Try cutting back on these, as well as calories, but don't kill yourself by only eating 1,000 calories, that's like 1 big dinner a day. Not enough to support healthy body productions. You'll make yourself sick. 4 days before halloween, cut sodium out drastically! this will help your body to not retain water, and will make you thinner.
When you reduce your calories, and go on crash diets you generally aren't loosing the fat, you are loosing the muscle. Try doing more weightlifting, muscle burns more calories just being there, and it will tone the section.
You are also going to slow down your metabolism, you're body will adjust to the reduce calories, and your weight loss will begin to tapper off, and it's harder to bring it back up. So the minute you start intaking 2,000+ calories a day you will gain it back... and fast! You are skinny, do a healthy diet, cut back on fast food, and proccessed food.

Too hard to ascertain. That is crash dieting. Losing weight too fast will take its toll on your face. Lose only about a pound each week with a balanced diet. and exercise. To function properly you need more than 2000 calories a day or else with what you have in mind youll be one of the props for the halloween.

Personally, I subscribe to a low carb diet and do not pay attention to fats. It works best for me but I am denied foods that I used to like, but I have adjusted. I don't use salt anymore and if I taste anything with salt it seems to be saturated with it. I also do not eat anything sweet. If I do, the taste is overwhelmingly like eating pure sugar.
I work with a woman who is clearly overweight. She eats so much for lunch and douses it with salt. She eats donuts and will be more overweight in her future. A diet of low carbs, low fat or whatever is a life choice and you have to know that even if you loose weight, you cannot go back to the way you ate before.
I eat small portions of low carb foods like chicken and green beans. I have a boiled egg for breakfast for protein, then every two or three hours have a few bites of chicken salad and maybe 8 green beens. I might change to 4 Vienna sausages and a few ounces of cabbage and have a snack of some peanuts. For dinner I have one beef or veggie pattie with a veg about 3 hours before bed. I take fiber pills and half of a vitamin per day.
I am 6' and weigh 184. I want to get to 150. I realize that I can never have hamburgers or french fries and have come not to miss that crap. If you adjust your diet, you will become used to it and not miss the things you used to eat. Yes, in my mind I would love a chocolate milkshake, but if I tried one now, it would be too sweet for my taste and I couldn't finish it.
What some people do not realize that if they change their diets, they would become accustomed to it. Then sweets and salty foods would not taste good anymore.
To answer your question, a 1000 calorie diet would seem that you would loose weight in light of your exercise program. I have chosen a different approach which seems to work for me.

You are crazy. You are going to be TOO skinny. 102 at 5'1" is fine.
To answer your question-- eating 1000 calories a day with 3 works outs, I bet you would lose 1-2 lbs a day, multiply that by 40 days and that would be around 60-80 lbs.
You would be around 20-40lbs.

40 days X 1500 calories = 60,000 calories.
Divide that by 3500 calories per pound which = 17 pounds.
That is much much too fast to lose weight! Whatever you have planned you might be too ill to enjoy it. You will weigh a whopping 83 pounds.
Don't do this to you!

Actually you may make yourself sick and throw off your electrolytes too which would resutl in a hospital stay.
At 102 lbs you are actually low medical evaluation weight but what most people consider Ideal weight ..
Women tend to imagine their ideal weight is unrealistically low, so they diet unnecessarily. Men tend to allow their ideal weight to be higher than medically recommended. Men and Women should learn from each other.

its no so much calorie counting as it is making sure you're eating the right stuff. For example, eat carbs before you workout so you bhave good stuff to burn, then eat protean afterwards. Keep a well-balanced diet (fruit veggies, dairy) to make sure you feel well. Also celery is negative calories b/c it takes more work for your body to break down the cellulose than the # of calories that you take in from it.

how much do you want to lose? Most pros go with the 10 cals per pound to lose weight, and no less than 1200 a day or you are not getting the nutrition you need. Is it possible you are heading into the wonderful world of eating disorders? Not a happy place, trust me.
