A senior project that involves a foreign language?

Question

I asked this q before and got zero decent answers.

I have to find a new senior project by Friday, and I still don't know what it should be.

I was thinking of translating a bunch of songs from Spanish to English (Ojos de Brujo), but that might be a bit boring, and I'm not sure it'll get accepted. Any ideas?

By the way, I NEED to hand my idea application by Friday. Thanks.

That would be a great idea with the kids. It might also count as community service! I just need some kids.

How about taking a group of people to a foreign film. You could then for instance

- Have them fill our a review form as a basis for a cultural evaluation you’ll analyze
- Take a native speaker and have him note differences between the subtitles and the native dialog (changes in idiomatic expressions)
- Compare the number and types of swear words used in the film with a similar American film

okay well one of my best friends is doing a senior project dealing with spanish also.

she is teaching little kids some spanish, like the alphebet and numbers try 4th graders, or in middle school.

I'm sorry but I do not know what you mean in your question.

Maybe you could learn the alphabet to a new language or something? Or try writing your name in 10 different languages?
