Is it true that Jehovah's Witnesses are against homosexuals? Or does it just depend on how much the person is into the religion?

No Jehovah's Witness would ever pursue a romantic relationship with a person of the same gender as himself (or herself).

Jehovah's Witnesses have never campaigned against homosexuality in particular, but have always understood the practice to be equally as sinful as heterosexual fornication. The bible specifically notes that formerly practicing homosexuals had become Christians in the first century (CE).

(1 Corinthians 6:9-11) Do not be misled. Neither fornicators, ...nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men, ...will inherit God’s kingdom. And yet that is what some of you were. But you have been washed clean, but you have been sanctified, but you have been declared righteous

Jehovah's Witnesses are not prudes, and well-understand that sexual desire is inherent in being human. Interestingly, Jesus words at Matthew 5:28 would have applied to any combination of genders.

(Matthew 5:28) Everyone that keeps on looking at a woman so as to have a passion for her has already committed adultery with her in [the] heart.

Never forget that Jehovah God is interested in the well-being of his servants. Whether a Christian feels inclined toward heterosexual fornication or homosexual fornication, he can expect that God and Christ will give him the strength to overcome these sinful tendencies.

(Psalm 51:10) Create in me even a pure heart, O God, And put within me a new spirit, a steadfast one.

We are not For homosexuality.
The Word of God condems such practices.
But, that is not the Q u asked.
{ lemme go see ur added details.}
No, Not Ever.
I used to b bi.
But, I stopped.
My choice.
The 1st sister I studied w/
in the beginning of my studies;
didn't know.
I came to this on my own.
Through studying & learning about God.

example: tru story;
I was in L.A., I had to bottle feed a kitten,
(it got stepped on, & wouldn't nurse)
a man that lived in my bldg., came up to see the kitten,
we got to talking.
He flat out asked me Q's.
He knew, I am a Witness.
He is openly Gay.
So, he asked, I answered.
That's it.
No, flames, No sparks,
Nothing dramatic!
We spoke, had an exchange of 411.
He straight out asked me
"how do J's W's feel about gaydom?";
that's what the man said.
We had a really nice talk.
That was it.
He asked, I answered.
Case closed.

No. Jehovah's Witnesses are not "against homosexuals."

Jehovah's Witnesses ACCEPT what the Bible has to say, including the Bible view of homosexuality.

If someone is homosexual and want to be JWs must stop having sex with same sex person according to the bible.

1 Corithians 6:9 "What! Do YOU not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God’s kingdom? Do not be misled. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men, "

But if a Jehovah´s witness wants to practice homosexuality he can do it but can´t be Jehovah´s witness.

We don´t make protest against them but there are rules set in the bible and we follow that rules.

No.
Absolutely not.

But, the Bible teaches fornication, in all it's forms, which includes homosexuality, is condemned by God.

It's goes back to the old saying, " Hate the sin, not the sinner".

Jehovah's Witnesses are not against anyone. They are simply instructed by Jesus to save lives.
