It is possible through nanotechnology, which is on a scale much smaller than even a red blood cell. Nanotech is only in its infancy though, and there is no way to say that Japan will be the leader in nanotech research.

Actually, I quite disagree with the person above me. Nanotechnology is a rapidly growing field and with the innovations of nanotechnology we have already, I don't see why they couldn't make micro-computers. What I'm really confused is what a person would need a computer they couldn't type on or see.

since they make everything else i dont see why not... but they will NEVER be that small.. its just not possible sorry
