If in fact it is the actual brush you hate, try a water pic. At least you will get the food out from between your teeth where most of the decay forms. You should also floss. Using the water pic and flossing will put you ahead of most people who just brush.

A product called Xylitol is now in some gums/mouth rinses. Studies have shown it to eliminate tooth decay because it causes the "acidic sugars" to be converted to a sugar that doesn't cause decay. Brush as often as you can and chew gum with Xylitol in it when you can't. I think a place like Trader Joes' would probably have it, if not go to Epic Dental's website and order some.

Get an automatic toothbrush .... it does the work for you all you have to do is put the brush in your mouth and move it around alittle.
Unless you want your teeth to fall out or your gums to start deteriorating i suggest you brush and floss.

brushing your teeth is a scam to sell you toothpaste and all that crap. i brush maybe once a week and i never had a cavity since i stopped brushing everyday 10 years ago. my breath dont stink either but you have to remember not to eat things that don't belong in nature..also eating apples cleans your teeth and some cultures do it with a stick or something

hi,
using an electric brush every day is the easiest and fastest way to keep for teeth healthy for a lifetime. Just ask your parents to buy you one.

Get them all pulled and get dentures, because that's what will happen eventually, if you don't brush your teeth. I know you said you didn't "like" to brush them--you didn't mention whether you do it anyway. Maybe it will help if you think of how your breath will offend others if you don't brush. You also need to brush your tongue, because that can cause bad breath as well. And don't forget that flossing!

i dont like it either! but i do it anything. i have sensitive gums.
if you want to be motivated to have nice white teeth, think of how celebrities cheat using a teeth whitener and imagine yourself being a famous hollywood star and saying in an interveiw '' my teeth are NATURALLY white cuz i actually BRUSH them"
