Have you ever been in a relationship where he tells everything he knows?

I have come to the conclusion my boyfriend is a big mouth and regergitates everything I tell him to the people in his family.
I told him some really private things and he told his daughter. I was totally humilitated because I didnt expect him to repeat them. I felt betrayed and hurt. He thinks its no big deal.
I just told him something 3 weeks ago and found out tonite he repeated it to his ex wife.
I think I should just not tell him anything in order not to risk his big mouth. Why does he do this?
I had a small surgery this afternoon and I have not told him because he will repeat it and everyone in his family will know the details and add there 2 cents. I just want my privacy back and I feel like he is a big mouth. What do you say to someone like this?

but have u tried talkin to him? if yes and he is still doing it then u should move on..it is not healthy for u..
can u imagine being maried to him? he will talk bout ur marriage life to everyone..
