really?
the Leviticus law is about wool mixed with linen, what fabric actually blends these two?
And you actually have a 'friend' the 'enforces' Leviticus?
You are sounding like a troll.

Well, that is the hypocrisy in the actions and words of many anti-gay Christians (not just Fundamentalists). They insist we gay people are abominations while they ignore 3/4 of the other rules in Leviticus.
KAL gives an excellent answer when saying that those who judge using the law will be judged by God under the terms of the same law. This is true. Thus, those who gleefully point fingers at us and clobber us with Leviticus have a whole lot of explaining to do to Christ when He asks them why they ignored so many other laws in Leviticus.

There are many Christian churches nowadays who are
preaching and teaching
THE LAW, and demanding
that the people adhere to it.
The Law is gone!!!Jesus was
an end of the law!!. We don't
live under the Law!!!
it's only orthodox Jews who
do not accept the New Testamant that now live
under the Law. If everyone would read about Paul's ministry, they would understand we are no longer
under the Law.
A Christian has the Law
printed on our hearts. We
know right from wrong.
Your friend DOES NOT have
to live according to Leviticus!

Not your job...unless you want to suffer the same fate for your trangressions against the laws in Leviticus. Why not leave it in God's capable hands...he promises that people who judge by the law will themselves be judged by it...if that person wants to condemn someone for violating one of the Levitical laws, then you can trust that God will judge them for every one of those laws they violated.
I may think that engaging in homosexual behavior is a bad decision, but I'm not about to suggest that they will "burn in hell" (or whatever) for making that decision. To do so would be to bring the death penalty on my own head for the laws I've broken! The grace of God through Jesus is more than sufficient to cover the sins defined by any of the previous laws

No, Jews who take the Torah seriously understand that with the destruction of the Temple and the loss of Israel they had to adapt their application of the law to local circumstances. That is why they abhor homosexuality, but do not kill homosexuals. Likewise they will not wear mixed fabrics, but do not strive to make them illegal (although they consider them impure).
If you are talking about Christianity, Christians do not take the law literally. They understand it all through the example of Jesus Christ, and the constant reflection of the Church on His word, including the whole of the New Testament, which teaches that certain activities will deny the agent access to heaven. I suggest you read the New Testament. have a great day!

I would, at the very least, tell him to get used to Homosexuals as he's going to be with them for eternity in hell (based on the Fundamentalist view - I, personally, am Pagan and don't believe in such things) - but since he is breaking God's Law, then he should be prepared. =)

Leviticus means "for the Levites". If you were not born into a Levite family, then the laws in Leviticus are not meant for you. For example, it is OK to eat pork if you are not a Levite.

God still hates Homosexuals, always did, always will. For one it is sex and relations outside of marriage. And the Bible clearly states marriage is to be between a man and a woman.
