we are trying to make a back up copy from the server and copy it on an external hard drive but in the middle of the back up process there is an error message coming up , the message is "cannot copy BEBKBGDA; Canot fnd the specified file. Make sure you specify the correct path and file name".

Is the file name always the same? If so, run chkdsk, there is a file name in the directory with no file underneath it. If it changes, then you have a virus, which is relocating while you are running the backup.

if you want to copy the file from the server, try to copy paste system..
copy it and paste it in your external hard drive..

Either it's already deleted, or it is being used by some process.

If your server is located locally, you can just restart it and retry the backup process. or download a process unlocker somewhere in the internet.

if the file is on you hard drive, just copy to the ext drive, right click drive and choose copy.
